CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES 2019 DRY DOCK SCHEDULE

Fantasy (Jan 7-20) – Maintenance & technical updates, the 2.0 was already added in 2016, although Alchemy may be added.

Pride (Feb 3-16) – Maintenance and modern touch in public areas.

Freedom (Feb13-March3) – Maintenance, new carpets & tiles, updates to staterooms and more.

Triumph (March 1-April 28) – Huge multimillion dollar makeover and taking over the new name “Carnival Sunrise”. She will spend 2 months in Cadiz, Spain receiving many new features. She will be returning to the sea, setting sail on April 29th, 2019.

Splendor (Oct 30-Nov 24) – Major dry dock before heading to Australia to begin new itineraries from her new home port of Sydney. She will be receiving the 2.0 upgrade, waterworks, and more.

Ecstasy (Oct 5-16) – New paint and carpets, Updates to staterooms and more.

Imagination (Oct 20-Nov 2) – Maintenance and enhancements to public areas. Refresh staterooms.

1st Rollercoaster At Sea

In 2020 Carnival Cruise Lines will be launching a brand-new ship with a familiar name. The  Mardi Gras, which was also the name of Carnival’s very first ship launched back in 1972.  The Mardi Gras is all about innovation and fun.   To start with, it will be the greenest cruise ship in North America and the first to be powered by clean-burning liquefied natural gas (or “LNG”).  It will also include innovative entertainment features, like being the first ship ever with an onboard rollercoaster: BOLT.   That’s right….A rollercoaster…More exciting news coming soon on other features the ship will include.  Port Canaveral will be the Mardi Gras homeport as she makes her inaugural sailing in 2020.

CARNIVAL LEGEND ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN ITINERARIES FOR 2020

Carnival Cruise Line’s announced today that the Carnival Legend be sailing to Europe along with the Carnival Radiance in 2020. The Carnival Legend will be taking on the most diverse European season to date with 9 to 16 day voyages visiting 34 ports in 14 countries including breathtaking destinations in Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Croatia, Portugal, Greece, Greenland and Iceland in summer and fall 2020.
