A new eatery to open in Disney Springs in Orlando by one of our favorite celebrity chefs Guy Fieri in partners with restauranteur Robert Earl. What tasty venue is he coming up with now? Well it appears he is after the chicken lovers this time. The new quick service restaurant named “Chicken Guy”, will prepare hand pounded and breaded fresh all natural chicken tenders and sandwiches which you will be able to pair with more than 20 varieties of house made sauces. You will have the option of grilled or fried chicken with a choice of 2 sauces or one of their chicken sandwiches, with all the fixings, such as the Big Bite B.L.A.T. which has crispy smoked bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato and creamy buttermilk ranch sauce.
Let’s not forget the sides…Guy’s delicious fries with signature seasoning, or loaded fries with the famous SMC (super melty cheese) sauce topped with chopped grilled chicken, bacon, and green onions, or Mac Daddy mac and cheese.
Trying to keep things a little healthier….Choose from one of Chicken Guy’s salad bowls. A Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad or a BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad. Also on the menu is Southwest Sweet Corn with charred corn, slaw, roasted peppers, black beans, tomatoes, red onions, grilled scallions, and crispy tortilla chips with a cumin lime mojo and chipotle ranch sauce.
After all this, they even have dessert options to top it off from Triple Double Mint soft serve ice cream with cookies and cream crumbles, chocolate mints, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream to cinnamon apple with vanilla soft serve ice cream with crunchy cinnamon cereal and cinnamon apple cereal with whipped cream.
Chicken Guy will be opening this August in Disney Springs next to Planet Hollywood Observatory. It will serve as the original flagship location of what will eventually be a restaurant chain.
